To use; We recommend warming your cafetiere, before adding coffee. Add your weighed, grinded coffee to your cafetiere (a coarser grind is usually preferred in this brewing method). Using a swan neck kettle, you can evenly pour water onto the grounds and leave to stand for around 4 minutes. You may want to gently stir your coffee at this stage. Begin to plunge down slowly. If you come up against any resistance, gently lift plunger and continue to slowly push down. Leave to stand for a few seconds, then pour and enjoy immediately!
